Notes:

• To login for the first time you will need to click "Forgotten your login details?" this will generate you a new password.
• The licence page lists all the licences and their types that you have purchased in the past. However should you discover a discrepancy in the number of licences then please create a ticket supplying your store username, PayPal email address and outlining the error and we'll work to correct it as quickly as possible.
• 3. Some people have multiple accounts therefore not all licences are visible from any one account. To have all your accounts merged please raise a ticket with the store username that should have all the licences assigned to it and the store usernames from which licences should be transferred.
• If you are unable to login at all then please create a ticket with your old store username and email address, we'll then work as quickly as possible to correct the issue.
